Little or Large...

This is the best part of a new home.  I must say, that it's a long transition if you're doing it right.  I encourage clients to always start small unless the space is becoming a hazard.  Live in the space and listen to your house.  Start with a few small changes, wall colors, add some decorative items that bring in your personality, placing furniture in the right spot for functionality, and getting your home organized.  Is it working?   Next step, small remodeling projects... making closets & pantry's more functional and work more efficiently.  Changing out light fixtures or adding them, refinishing wood floors, or changing out the trim and baseboards.  How is it feeling now?  Time for a bigger change... Let's take out the hammers. Large scale remodeling it completely transforming the space by going to the studs. This is ripping out everything that doesn't work and replacing it in a way that is not only beautiful, and functional, but it tells a story about the people that live there.  It's learning about your space and how you interact with it.  How can we create an environment that works for you and your budget?

Organization

Boxes or Buckets?

Jars or Vases?

Where do I put all this stuff?  What do I keep, throw out or donate?  This can be a daunting task... Even if you did a once over before you moved out, I can guarentee you have kept things you thought you might just need at  a later time... ok but where do you put it?  Let us help!
